Rental FAQ’s & Policies


In order to rent you need to have a valid Credit Card and US Driver’s License or State-issued Photo ID (Passports are not accepted).

Your Credit Cards available line of credit should have enough to cover the full replacement value of all items rented.

If you are not a US resident, you must pick up in person at one of our locations and supply a credit card and passport “in person” for payment and full value security deposit (our credit card authorization form is valid only for US residents)

Yes, all rentals will require a security deposit hold on your credit or debit card.
Yes, we accept Debit Cards – (We do not accept prepaid or gift cards).

If you secured your rental with a credit or debit card, we charge your account the amount of the security deposit on the day you pick up your rental. Once the rental is returned, we will refund your account the amount of the deposit.

Please note the time it takes to post to the renter’s bank/credit account will depend on their banking institution. Typically, renters should see their refund approximately 5 to 10 business days.

Please allow your bank some time to process the request. If you do not see your refund after 10 business days, please give one of our customer service representatives a call so we can review your account with you.

Yes we do accept cash as rental payments and/or for security deposits. – No Checks.

You can place reservations by phone, in person or online.

To reserve equipment online, visit our website procam.rentals where you can check pricing, availability and place reservations.

If you are having trouble with our website, please call us to set up your rental. If you email us, please include your name, phone number, the dates you would like to rent and the equipment you would need.
